About making joy manifest in others…

Philip. 1:25 Convinced of this, I know that I will remain, and I will continue with all of you for your progress and joy in the faith, 26 so that through my being with you again your joy in Christ Jesus will overflow on account of me. (NIV)

Perhaps you live alone or associate with only a few other people in your life. Certainly, most of us are not in a position to influence the lives of every person on earth, or so we might think.

However, our Lord is everywhere in the universe and everywhere within you. You have an opportunity to create joy for people everywhere. No matter what your circumstances might be, in your prayer and meditation time, create joy by praying for others to know the joy of God. It makes no difference if you know someone or not. Pray for our Lord to pour down His joy and love into the hearts of all people. God will hear you when you pray. God will answer your prayer. You may never see in any visible way what your prayers for joy have done. However, in the eternal plan of God, every prayer for His love to be made real and manifest in the hearts of people is answered. All of us can store up the joy of goodness in our heart. Pray each person is able to express their joy of goodness and pass on their joy to others.
