About a new day of glory…

Revelation 21:4 And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away. (KJV)

There is sadness in life. There is grief from many kinds of losses. There is depression. There is pain and suffering from many kinds of life experiences. However, in your personal future there is a new day coming because Jesus is coming back. Because there is a new day coming in your personal future, there is new hope this very day for you and for men, women, and children everywhere. Imagine a new world. Imagine a new world where Jesus is in Jerusalem. It makes no difference who you are or where you are, because your future is secured in glory as a child of God in Christ. Someday, maybe tomorrow, Christ shall reign on earth. We do not know the specific day or time when He shall return. However, we can make feeble attempts to imagine the glory of His appearance and the glory of His kingdom on earth. Because we know He will come again, we must not live our life with our eyes cast down at the ground in depression. We must not live in hopelessness. We must live our life with our eyes cast up to Heaven in hope. We must live our life with hope abounding in our heart because there will come a time “when God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away.”
