Previous Daily Devotional About the point of life… Ephesians 4:32 Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgave you. (NIV) We can all lose our contact with God. We can all get caught up in the world, caught up in problems, and caught up in difficulties until we do not know whether we are coming or going. We can lose track of our objectives. We can forget the point of our life is to be a fully working and fully functional child of God. The point of your life should be to strike back at Satan by being forgiving. The point of your life should be to love rather than hate. The point of your life should be to shine out the light of Christ in every darkness. Most assuredly, it is better to shine out the light of Christ in every darkness than to sit in His light and never witness by how you live. Satan wants you to be childishly selfish and never grow or develop in God’s wisdom and love. However, the point of your life should be to rise above all your pains and problems by being bigger and better in the eyes of God. The point of your life should be to grow every day and improve every day beyond where you are today. The point of your life should be to live for God. The point of your life should be to have Christ as a real live entity living within you, living like the point of your life is to be live as Christ’s humble servant.
