The world cannot accept him, because it neither sees him nor knows him. However, you know him, for he lives with you and will be in you. Loneliness is our constant enemy. However, in these wonderful words of truth, Jesus tells us you never need to be lonely. Not only do you not need to be lonely but you will also have a friend forever (which is a long time). When you do get lonely, which happens to everyone, the Spirit of truth who lives in you, will remind you of His presence. The world might think you are crazy if the world knew about this friend who no can see or hear. The world would not accept Him. However, you will never be lonely because He is a part of you and a part of your life. The Spirit shares every breath you take. Every beat of your heart is done in time with a force of love we call the Holy Spirit, God, and Jesus. |
