About the shining light of God…

John 1:4 In him was life, and that life was the light of men. 5 The light shines in the darkness, but the darkness has not understood it. (NIV)

Without the shining light of God there is nothing. Without the shining light of God there is no life, no thought, no expression, no hope, no inspiration…only emptiness and total despair so profound there is no sound except the terror of infinite nothing.

The shining light of God is the magnitude and magnificence of His love. So powerful is His light, you can feel it without seeing it. His light of love is so powerful you want to go near to it and be immersed in it. His light is alluring. His light is attractive. His light is full of the most comforting and compassionate feeling you could ever feel. So full of love is His light, you are speechless and rendered humble before Him. The light of God is who God is. The light of God and Christ is the light standing against the darkness of the world. The light of our reality is only a tiny flicker compared to the light of God and Christ in the supernatural realms. The light of God and Christ shines out and heals, restores, creates, lifts up, and brings us home.
