Previous Daily Devotional About
starting to live in eternity… Romans 5:2-4 through whom we have gained
access by faith into this grace in which we now stand. And we rejoice in the
hope of the glory of God. [3] Not only so, but we also rejoice in our
sufferings, because we know that suffering produces perseverance; [4]
perseverance, character; and character, hope. (NIV) It is sometimes impossible to do, but try not to be so caught up in your problems and issues. When your problems and issues seem to have gotten the best of you, remember your eternity begins now if you have accepted Christ. In Christ, your eternity will never end and has already begun. You must live every day as if every day is a part of your eternity because every day IS a part of your eternity. Whatever problems or issues you face today, these same problems and issues will not last long. Your problems and issues will not last long because in your eternity time will be no more and in your eternity all your problems and issues cease to exist in God's glory, grace, and love. Of course, these words are much easier to say than they are to do. However you can do these words. Satanic powers and forces want you to think there is no tomorrow, there is no hope, and there is no promise. However, Christ suffered and died on the cross to give you unlimited tomorrows, unlimited hope, and to fulfill the reality and blossoming of His eternal life.
