Only be strong and courageous!" (NIV) Many of life’s battles make us weak. We are often hassled at every turn. We can have to rework, redo, overdo, and we can often be in the middle of a world coming against us. Our natural response to a world coming against us is to shrink back. In a world coming against us, we are afraid of getting hurt, afraid of danger, afraid of losing ground, afraid of losing people, afraid of losing our selves, and afraid of losing our life. However, we have a walk of faith to complete. We have a fight of faith to win. On our path of life we have mountains to climb and we need to be strong. There are evils, dangers, toil, and trouble we must face and we need strength to face them. However, with Christ, you need not worry. With Christ, you can be strong. With Christ, you can be strong to make your walk of faith a race to win His great prize. With Christ, His power will help you defeat every foe. With Christ, you can sail over every mountain. With Christ, there is no evil, danger, toil, or trouble that can defeat you. With Christ, you are a winner.
