About taking courage…

Luke 12:32 "Do not be afraid, little flock, for your Father has been pleased to give you the kingdom. (NIV)

God has many desires in His heart for you. One of the many desires God has for you is that you should take courage or have courage when fear tries to control you. God desires you be free of fear and not be anxious about anything. In God’s heart, He has a desire for you not to be afraid because He can see into your life and He can see there is nothing to fear. God wants you to know there is nothing to fear in your life because God is with you. Your future is secure in His love. Your tomorrows are full of His eternal protection. God’s power to help you move forward is unlimited. His truth will expose the lies that try to fill your heart with so much dread. God does not want you to be afraid because He knows fear can paralyze you and stop you. God does not want you to be afraid because He knows fear can be such a great hindrance to your doing His will. Certainly, God does want you to be afraid of the consequences of going against His will. God does want you to be afraid of what will happen to you if you do sinful things. However, God wants you to be able to see living a righteous life for Him holds no fear because He is always with you and He is always holding your heart in His hands.
