Criminals do not find happiness in crime. For most criminals, crime is an expression of anger and hatred on some level. Pathological liars, cheats, swindlers, and con men are not happy people. People who are full of greed, consuming self-interest, and sin are not happy people. It is only by doing the right thing and being the right kind of godly person that we can have the light of God’s love spring up from within us. When our heart is pure, then the full light of God shines inside of us and we shine out with that light. Others will say you "beam" with happiness or walk with a "beaming" smile.
