Previous Daily Devotional About times when God reveals His love… Matthew 12:18 "Here is my servant whom I have chosen, the one I love, in whom I delight; I will put my Spirit on him, and he will proclaim justice to the nations. 19 He will not quarrel or cry out; no one will hear his voice in the streets. (NIV) If we all fully knew how much God loves each of us, the world would be a very different place. We not know how much God fully loves us, and if everyone was honest, sometimes it seems God does not love us at all. Most of the time, God talks to us in an inaudible voice our ears cannot hear. Most of the time, God appears before us in ways our eyes cannot see. Yet God does reveal His love to us. God reveals His love to us by touching our innermost heart. God reveals His love to us by asking us to open the door of our heart to let Him come in and sit with us, talk with us, and tell us how much He cares about us. In the past, God revealed His love by sending His only child to us. Today, God reveals His love to us by seeking out our heart at the worst times of our lives. God reveals His love for us when we are lonely. When we are lonely and we are often convinced we are the only one in the world who knows what we are going through, God touches us and tells us He loves us. God reveals His love for us by pouring His love over us. God reveals His love for us by asking us to continually look up to see His fountain of living water immersing us in His treasures from Heaven. |
