Previous Daily Devotional When you have no life… Ecclesiastes 9:7 Go, eat your food with gladness, and drink your wine with a joyful heart, for it is now that God favors what you do. (NIV) Sometimes we have
no life. Not having a life is no joke, although we do joke about it. Sometimes
all the trappings of what we call a life are gone from our daily living. We come
to points in our life where we are at a loss as to what to do to establish more
control over our life. We are sometimes at a loss to change our life. We are
sometimes at a loss to get rid of old problems and bring in new solutions. We
are sometimes at a loss to change our life by adding anything to our life.
However, we are not helpless or hopeless when we need to get a life. When we
need to get a life we do not need to add new things and new stuff. When we need
a new life or need to get a life, we need to bring in a new vision of our life.
When we need a new life or need to get a life, we need hope and promise. How we
see life often determines how we live it. How we see life often determines
whether we think we have a life. When we think we have life, within a few
minutes we can find we have the power and opportunity to bring about a great new
change in life. |
