The power of God is not a power thing as the world thinks of power. The power of God is not a maxim leader or dictator thing. The power of God is not power over others to control them, manipulate them, or use them. The power of God is not power to do what you want to do. The power of God is the power to love. The power of God is the power to be humble. The power of God is the power to forgive. The power of God is the power to be only God’s child. You need the power of God to be a spiritually alive human being. When you do not have the power of God, you are spiritually dead. When you do not have the power of God, your body may be alive but your heart, mind, and soul are all spiritually dead. In Christ we find the power and in Christ we find new life. In Christ we find the power and in His power we become new persons. In Christ we find the power and we can come back from the spiritually dead just as Christ came back from the dead. In Christ we can give Him our old dead self, our old dead heart, our old dead soul, our old dead spirit, and He will give us a new self, a new heart, a new soul, and a new spirit.
