your healing prayers for others… James 5:14 Is any one of you sick? He should call the elders of the church to pray over him and anoint him with oil in the name of the Lord. (NIV) People need healing. People need all kinds of healing because we are all broken and hurting in various ways. Our life is filled with hurts, trials, and tribulations. For many people, they never see or hear any healing words or thoughts from others. In the darkness of our life and in the life of others, healing prayers are needed every day. Healing prayers work, even when we do not see the end result of the prayer. Healing prayers bring love and comfort to the hurting and to the person in need. Healing prayers bring Christ's healing light to a hurting world. In our prayer time, we must give all of our heart and soul to Christ by asking Him to give His love and power to others in their need for healing.
