The world is standing still today as the dimensions of the beast plague begin to sink into the consciousness of humanity. The beast plague, believed to have started in India, has rapidly spread into most parts of the world. Millions are dying by the day and there is no way to stop this deadly virus except by the implantation of an electronic vaccination device and the consequent mark in the center of the forehead.

Because of the plague, a vaccination record is now required of every person on earth. In addition, the movement of each person, both day and night, must be monitored. Anyone moving beyond stipulated boundaries will be shot on sight. The mandatory implant is a bio-chip device that dispenses measured doses of inoculation serum into the body. The bio-chip implant also issues calming brain wave patterns to eliminate fear and anxiety of the survivors. By satellite, each person on earth is monitored to determine the amounts of daily serum needed. Signals are then sent to the device implanted on each person so appropriate amounts of serum and brain wave energy are dispensed. The electronic implantation device is also required to record each person's vaccination date, status, and all other vital data about the person. This data is stored in the implant and can be read by the World Order data bank via satellite transmission.

Along with the vaccination implant device each person who survives is required to carry a mark, like a tattoo, in the center of the forehead. The placement of the mark in the center of the forehead is required so guards, police, and security personnel can rapidly screen those persons who have the mark from those that do not.

The beast virus attacks a human within 48 hours of exposure. Infected persons die within two or three days. No known method of prevention exists except through the inoculation implant. Initially, a victim of the virus is covered by horrible bleeding sores. The beast virus then runs up the body temperature of  victims to 110 degrees and victims lapse into unconsciousness within 8 hours of exposure. Once infected, there is no known treatment against the beast.

The immunization derived from the implant, with the accompanying mark, takes effect immediately. Billions of implants were made in advance as a precaution against this type of biological nightmare.

In regions where implants have not yet arrived, persons are being quarantined and segregated into camps. Anyone refusing to submit to receiving an implant and a mark is exterminated via orders from the World Order Center.

Whole continents are being depopulated are a result of this plague. Anyone not carrying the implant and the mark or anyone who is not carrying the temporary mark is to be feared and should be avoided at all costs. In designated areas persons not carrying the implant and mark, may be shot and killed on site to avoid exposure. Anyone known to not be carrying the mark must be reported immediately to The World Order Center.

All businesses, schools, and institutions remain closed world-wide until an all-clear is given by the World Order Center. No travel of any kind is permitted. Martial law has been declared in all parts of the U.S. and in all other countries where freedom of movement was once permitted. Martial law is required to keep looters and other criminals from taking advantage of the lack of security in business and commerce locations.

Implantation centers and mark application points are being set up as quickly as possible. The President of the World Order is due to make a speech shortly to assure everyone that this public health crisis is under control. The World Order center has noted that no one need fear if they have the implant and the mark.

Each person may get a temporary mark by calling a special 800 number. Operators are standing by to tell you where you can get your temporary mark. The temporary mark will last for 10 days, during which time you must receive the permanent implant and mark.

Special military forces have been activated to search out and destroy, if necessary, any persons trying to avoid the implantation of the device and the mark.

What has baffled immunologists is that the beast virus does not appear to be any more lethal than previous flu strains. Scientists speculate that the immune systems of the world's population have been compromised on a massive scale.

Only a few religious fanatics have refused to take the mark and the implant. They determine their own fate. The World Order Center will not tolerate dissent of any kind.
