Beliefs Summary About Adversity
In Adversity: You do not need to believe any kind of
adversity is life-threatening, or is synonymous with death, or will
produce a low-quality of life. You do not need to believe any of these
negative things because these negative beliefs can very often be wrong.
A Solution or Answer: When facing any adversity, you
must establish a team of experts or build a database of expertise. You
must do so and be confident in the experts or in the expertise
collected. You must find experts or expertise to provide you with
effective solutions and answers from which you can choose. Once you
choose an answer or a solution, you must believe your chosen solution or
answer is effective. You must believe the side effects of implementing
the choice or answer, if any, can be managed.
Your Role In Dealing With Adversity: There is much you
can do to help yourself in any adversity. Most of all, you must commit
your life to live today! Recognize you do not and cannot live yesterday.
Recognize you do not and cannot live tomorrow. Recognize you can only
live today! Always choose hope. Last, always, always, always take
charge, take charge, and take charge some more!
