You may spend Christmas with strangers. You may spend Christmas by yourself. You may spend Christmas with friends or family. No matter how you spend your Christmas, this Christmas, be sure to send Christ an invitation to join you and be with you regardless of your circumstances. You do not need to send Him a card or letter. All you need to do is just think a thought within your heart. Invite Christ to come into your heart and life and He will always say “Yes”. With Christ there is never any rejection. With Christ there is never any disappointment. When you invite Him to join you for Christmas, ask Him to stay with you forever and He will do so. Come to His manger and hold Him. Come to His cross and kneel down before Him. Invite Him to join you and be with you in all your joys and sorrows. Invite Him to be with you in all your victories and defeats. His presence in your Christmas celebration will make all things new. His presence in your life will make you into a new person. Turn away from the person you might have been in the past, then offer Christ the gift of your life and heart. When you do these things He will receive you and He will keep you forever and ever.
