Imagine playing a game without any positive expectation of winning. Imagine working on a job without any positive expectation of getting paid either in money or paid in psychic rewards. No matter who we are or where we are, we should all have some kind of positive expectations about what our future holds. If we are in a leadership position, we must learn to communicate our positive expectations to others. One of the most critical aspects of leadership is communicating positive expectations about what we want others to do and to be.
