Topic: Pain And Honesty

When we come to grips with reality we find the truth that pain in life goes along with life. What we are left with is the brutal reality that in this life there is pain and for the most part we have to live with it, if not permanently, at least for a while. However, when we are able to admit that pain is a reality and may be a reality in our lives we then begin to get strong. We find strength in being honest, even when the matter of our honesty is a matter of pain and suffering. Honesty is liberating. It frees us from the chains that enslave us.
