Topic: When God Searches For Us

Job 23:3 If only I knew where to find him; if only I could go to his dwelling! (NIV)

How is it we are supposed to seek and search for God? To find God and to find Christ, you must use your heart. To find God, you must use all your heart. To find God you cannot be half-hearted or use a half-hearted effort. To find Christ and to find God, you must use all of who you are. When you are searching for God, remember you are not the only one doing the searching. Jesus is in your world and in your heart seeking you. Jesus is seeking you just as you are seeking Him. He wants to meet with you, talk with you, and be with you just as much as you want to be with him. The search for God is not a one-sided relationship. Don't ever think you are doing all the work

Luke 19:10 For the son of man came to seek and to save what was lost." (NIV)

Acts 17:27 "God did this so that men would seek him and perhaps reach out for him and find him, though he is not far from each one of us." (NIV)
